Our studio does things differently because we believe in making the fitness industry a better place. That means including ALL bodies; making sure people feel welcome, celebrated, encouraged, and supported. We don't talk diets. We don't talk weight loss. We have observed and experienced first hand the harm that can come from focusing on calorie counting, pounds, and inches.
