We don't talk diets. We don't talk weight loss.
We have observed and experienced first hand the harm that can come from
focusing on things like calorie counting, pounds, and inches.

Private sessions are offered both online and in-person!
We offer private lessons in strength training, yoga, meditation, mobility, dance, and aerial arts.
INCLUDES FOUR HOURS TOTAL PER MONTH. STUDENTS CAN SPLIT THIS INTO FOUR ONE HOUR SESSIONS OR EIGHT HALF HOUR SESSIONS
